AIM OF THE COURSE:
Dorset’s Jurassic coast is a UNESCO world heritage site offering photographers a unique opportunity to capture some of the most dramatic and unique aspects of the UK coastline. From the famous coves of Lulworth, Man-O-War and Ope Church, to the quarries of Seacombe and Winspit and the geologically treasure-filled beaches of Kimmeridge and Burton Bradstock’s Hive Beach, Dorset offers spectacular and dramatic locations. The workshop includes detailed access information, guidance on shooting opportunities and composition as well as how to optimise in-camera settings for dramatic fine-art black and white images. During the workshop, David will make extensive reference to the use of pre-visualisation techniques to help photographers build on the quality and breadth of their fine art and long-exposure portfolios.
